1. The site and the seller
These terms apply to orders placed on https://us.lapetitenuit.com. The La Petite Nuit store is operated by Kyronix Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States, EIN 98-1961162, with its registered office at 4427 Avenida Manana, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. You can reach us at bonjour@lapetitenuit.com.
2. Products and orders
The essential features, sizes, dimensions, materials and care instructions are shown on each product page. Before you pay, you can check and correct your cart, your address and the total amount. The order is confirmed once the payment is accepted and the confirmation email is sent.
3. Prices, taxes and fees
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout and shown before payment. Shipping is free anywhere in the United States. You will not be asked to pay any customs duties on delivery.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely by Shopify and the providers shown at checkout. The payment methods offered may vary depending on your device, your browser and your eligibility. We do not keep your full banking details.
5. Shipping
After shipping, delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days. The preparation time comes before this transit time. The estimated date or window shown at checkout is part of your order information. You receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel ships.
6. Cancellation, returns and guarantee
As long as the order has not shipped, you can ask for it to be cancelled. The return terms, the 30-Night Promise and the guarantee are detailed on the Returns and Guarantee pages. These terms do not limit the mandatory rights granted to consumers by the laws of their state.
7. Damaged, lost or unclaimed parcel
Report promptly any parcel that is damaged, lost, or shown as delivered but not received. If the address is incorrect, or if the parcel is refused or not claimed, the actual cost of returning or reshipping it may remain your responsibility; it will be explained to you before any new step is taken.
8. Personal information and intellectual property
How we handle your personal information is described on our Privacy page. The texts, photos, trademarks and other elements of the site are protected and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law and contact
