Question 1

What is the free app that comes with the pillow?

Accepted Answer

Respire & Grandis, an app of bedtime games (worth $21.99/month), free with your pillow. In 5 minutes a night, your child has fun with their breath and mouth and, without knowing it, does real exercises to breathe through the nose. Every game ends with a slow-breathing game that helps them fall asleep. When you order, you unlock early access, free and exclusive, for life.

Question 2

What age is it for?

Accepted Answer

It comes in 3 sizes, for kids aged 1 to 14. You choose the height that suits your child’s age.

Question 3

My child moves a lot at night. Does it still work?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that’s what it’s made for. The pillow keeps its shape and brings their head back to the right spot. Their neck stays well supported, even when they wriggle.

Question 4

On their back, side or tummy?

Accepted Answer

All three. The pillow holds their head well, however they fall asleep.

Question 5

What is it made of?

Accepted Answer

A soft, cool cover, and inside, hollow TPE tubes with fibre fill. The tubes let air through and hold their head and neck well; the cover keeps your child dry and is machine washable at 30°.

Question 6

Can you wash it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in the machine at 30°. Let it air-dry, with no dryer and no iron, so it keeps its shape and stays soft.

Question 7

How soon will we see a difference?

Accepted Answer

Many parents write to us after the very first nights: their child moves less and wakes up feeling better. It’s often clear in kids who sleep badly.

Question 8

What if it doesn’t work out?

Accepted Answer

You have 30 nights to try it at home. If it’s not a fit, you send it back to us and we refund you, according to our return policy.

Question 9

Where is the pillow made?

Accepted Answer

It is made in a partner workshop that specializes in kids’ pillows, following our specifications. Every pillow is inspected before it ships.

Question 10

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Tracked shipping is free anywhere in the US. Once your order has shipped, allow 6 to 10 business days. Prices are in US dollars, sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, and you have no customs fees to pay on delivery. An email with your tracking link is sent to you as soon as it ships.

Question 11

How do I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

You have 30 nights to try it. If the pillow isn’t right, make your request on the “Refund or cancellation” page: a few questions about your child’s nights, a short video of the pillow, and we reply within 48 business hours. In many cases, we can refund you without you even having to send the pillow back. The amount depends on the pillow’s condition: a full refund if it has never been used, 25% of the price if it has been used, because a pillow a child has slept on can’t go to another family. And if it’s the size that doesn’t fit, the exchange is free. Everything is explained on our Returns and Guarantee pages.

Question 12

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Apple Pay only appears on a compatible Apple device. Payment is encrypted and secure.

Question 13

Can I give the pillow as a gift?

Accepted Answer

Yes, many customers give it as a gift. The two-pack is often chosen for siblings or for the grandparents’ house.
