30-night trial guarantee

Try the pillow at home, at your own pace. If the size isn’t right and the pillow hasn’t been used, we’ll exchange it, free. And the refund follows simple rules, based on the pillow’s condition.

30 nights to adopt it

A pillow is judged by using it, not in a store. That’s why we give you a commercial guarantee with a 30-night trial. You set the pillow up at home, in your child’s bed, and you take the time to see whether it really suits them.

A child’s sleep changes from one night to the next. A few days aren’t enough to make up your mind. With 30 nights, you judge over time, with no pressure and without deciding too quickly.

This guarantee is a commercial commitment we make on top of your rights. It comes in addition to your 14-day legal right of withdrawal and your legal guarantees: it never replaces them and does not reduce them.

What the guarantee gives you

Why these rules? Because a pillow touches a child’s face and mouth every night. We don’t have two children sleep on the same pillow: a pillow that has been used, even for a few nights, can never be offered to another family again. It’s a matter of hygiene, and we’d rather tell you clearly before you buy than after.

The conditions

Give it 10 nights. A child needs a few nights to get used to a new pillow. The first nights don’t tell you anything: it’s around the tenth that things become clear. So our guarantee starts after a 10-night trial. If you have a problem before then, write to us anyway: we’ll help you right away, and your request is recorded on its date.

Tell us what’s happening. On the form, we ask you questions about your child’s nights. It’s not to make things complicated: it’s what lets us find what isn’t working, and often solve the problem without sending anything back.

Show us the pillow on video. We ask you for a short video of about ten seconds, the pillow on its own, without your child, filmed in one take. We tell you exactly what to film; it’s very quick. That’s what lets us see the pillow’s actual condition, and very often refund you without you having to send a parcel: you keep the pillow. Without a video, we can’t check anything remotely: the pillow must then come back to us, and it’s its condition on arrival that counts.

If a return is needed, the return costs are yours, except for a size exchange. We give you the address, you slip a note with your name and your order number into the parcel, and the pillow must come back clean, complete and well protected for the trip.

Making your request

Defective or non-conforming product

It’s a different case if the pillow arrives damaged, defective or not matching your order. Then it’s a problem on our side, not a change of mind.

In this situation, the return and the full refund (or the exchange) are at our cost. You have nothing to pay. Write to us from the Contact page with a photo and your order number, and we’ll sort it out quickly.

Your legal guarantees

Our “30-night trial” commercial guarantee comes in addition to your legal guarantees: it does not replace them and does not limit them. So you keep, in every case, the protections provided by law.

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Under these guarantees, a product that does not conform or that has a hidden defect can be repaired, replaced or refunded, at no cost to you.

How it relates to returns

For the detailed step-by-step procedure, the refund scale, the costs and the withdrawal form, go to the Returns & refunds page. You’ll also find a reminder there of your 14-day legal right of withdrawal, which remains valid on top of the 30 nights.

To find out everything about sending and receiving your order, see the Shipping page. Our full terms are set out in our Terms and conditions of sale.
