Free shipping anywhere in the US
Tracked shipping is free anywhere in the United States, with no minimum purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout: you have no customs fees to pay on delivery.
Delivery times
Once your order has shipped, allow 6 to 10 business days to receive it. This time starts after shipping, not when the order is placed. The preparation time shown at checkout is added to the transit time.
As soon as the parcel leaves, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check the Order tracking page with your order number and your email address.
Preparation and transport
Each pillow is checked before it leaves. It travels compressed and carefully packed. When it arrives, take it out of its packaging and let it regain its shape in the open air for 24 to 48 hours.
Delay, lost or damaged parcel
If the tracking does not give clear information, or if your parcel is damaged, write to us at bonjour@lapetitenuit.com with your order number. We will check the situation with the carrier and offer you a solution.
